release notes

  • Overview

EMRAY v2.9.2 focuses on incremental improvements to performance, EHR connectivity, and day-to-day usability.

This release refines support for launching the Appointment Scheduler module from Epic EHR, improves responsiveness and clarity in the Lab Analytics module, and includes visual, UX, and infrastructure updates that strengthen overall platform reliability.

Lab Analytics Module (by Advanced Health Academy): Performance & Empty states handling

Within the Lab Analytics module (by Advanced Health Academy), EMRAY v2.9.2 improves how providers experience lab interpretations:

    • Faster insights: Major performance optimizations significantly reduce loading time and minimize waiting.

    • Friendly empty states: When no lab interpretations are available, providers now see a clear, helpful message instead of a blank screen.

Appointment Scheduler: Epic EHR Launch Support

Building on prior scheduler releases, EMRAY v2.9.2 solidifies support for launching the Appointment Scheduler module directly from Epic EHR:

    • Providers can launch the EMRAY Scheduler from within Epic, maintaining in-session patient context for a seamless scheduling workflow.

These updates help ensure a smoother transition between Epic and EMRAY during appointment scheduling.

    Visual and User Experience Improvements

In EMRAY v2.9.2, we’ve made a series of visual and UX refinements across the Admin portal, EMRAY Provider Portal, and Content module to improve consistency, clarity, and overall usability:

    • Stronger visual consistency: Logos, dashboard tiles, and key UI elements now align more closely with our design system and brand standards.

    • Clearer navigation & labels: Navigation in the Content module has been streamlined, with clearer section names and page titles that better match how providers think about assessments and content.

    • More intuitive and user-friendly standardized interactions.

    Bug Fixes and Stability Improvements

This release fixes several visual and workflow issues (including in-app version display, hover states, mobile video attestation layout, and launching EMRAY from CharmHealth) and delivers behind-the-scenes improvements to deployment, automated testing, and error monitoring for greater overall reliability.

    Summary

EMRAY v2.9.2 delivers targeted enhancements, continuing to refine the everyday experience for providers across the Appointment Scheduler, Content, and Lab Analytics modules. Together, these improvements strengthen platform reliability and prepare EMRAY for the next wave of scheduling, analytics, and integration capabilities.
