    EMRAY v2.8.0 introduces the first phase of the Appointment Scheduler module, enabling demo workflows for scheduling and managing patient appointments. This release also adds printing support to the Lab Analytics module (by Advanced Health Academy), improves consistency and reliability across core modules, and enhances backend infrastructure to support future scalability.

    Appointment Scheduler (Preview)

    A new Appointment Scheduler module is now available for demo purposes. While not yet connected to live availability or EHR data, this feature provides an early look at EMRAY’s upcoming scheduling experience.

    • Schedule new appointments using a monthly calendar view with available slots for various appointment types.

    • Designed for future integration with various EHR systems and appointment types.

    Lab Analytics Module: Printing and Reporting

    In the Lab Analytics module (by Advanced Health Academy), Providers can now print lab interpretations reports directly from the module interface to support patient engagement and documentation.

    • Daily interpretation reports are now printable.

    • Trends reports can also be exported, enabling offline review and sharing with patients or care teams.

    • Additional UI refinements improve readability and layout consistency within lab interpretation reports.

    Usability Enhancements and Fixes

    • Improved table pagination experience and consistency across the platform.

    • UI fixes across dynamic forms, modals, and content tables to improve consistency.

    • Fixed logic and messaging for patient content assignment status updates and visual indicators.

    Admin & Infrastructure Updates

    • Admins can now configure the Scheduler module from the Admin panel.

    • All EHR systems now use updated redirect URLs for improved login and navigation stability.

    • Table components now support backend pagination, improving performance for large datasets.

    • Archiving an organization now performs automated cleanup of related AWS resources to prevent hitting service limits and maintain infrastructure health.

    Observability & AI

    • Monitoring and observability data can now be grouped by organization, enabling more effective cost tracking and issue analysis per organization.

    • Azure resources were provisioned to support AI-powered Nutrition Assistant module.

    Bug Fixes and Stability Improvements

    This release resolves over 20 platform bugs, including:

    • Incorrect “Last Updated” timestamps not updating upon content assignment.

    • Misaligned fields in the patient card for AdvancedMD and Cerner organizations.

    • Broken image rendering in provider userpics.

    • Dynamic form assignments not appearing or completing as expected.

    • Trends report display issues in the Lab Analytics module (missing biomarkers, incorrect dates, layout inconsistencies).

    • Broken Azure bot functionality across modules.

    • Authentication scope defaults corrected for CharmHealth organization creation.

    The Emray v2.6.0 release introduces foundational support for AdvancedMD integration, delivers a working prototype of our AI-powered Nutrition Assistant, and includes multiple improvements to patient workflows, provider tools, and system stability.

    AdvancedMD EHR Integration

    Organizations using AdvancedMD can now be onboarded into Emray with expanded EHR connectivity:

    • Login and SSO Support: Emray now supports secure login experiences for AdvancedMD-connected organizations, including integration with EHR launch workflows.

    • Patient Management: Providers can search for patients, open detailed patient cards, and view demographics within Emray.

    • Module Compatibility: Core modules such as Overview, Vitals, and Assessments are now fully functional in AdvancedMD-backed organizations.

    • Tailored Admin Configuration: Required fields, provider profile handling, and organization setup have been optimized for AdvancedMD.

    This release lays the foundation for a deeper, more seamless experience between Emray and your existing EHR system.

    Demo Module: AI Nutrition Assistant Prototype

    As part of Emray’s move toward intelligent care delivery, this release includes a prototype of our AI-powered Nutrition Assistant:

    • Model-Driven Recommendations: A trained AI model can now generate personalized nutrition summaries based on patient data.

    • Conversational Experience: Integrated directly with Azure Health Bot, patients can interact through a natural conversation to receive tailored suggestions.

    • Email Delivery of Results: Patients can now receive a copy of their results securely by email, streamlining communication and care follow-up.

    This feature represents Emray’s first step toward AI-augmented care workflows.

    Improved Patient and Provider Workflows

    • Patient Search Fix: All patient records matching a birthdate search are now correctly paginated and accessible.

    • Faster Loading in Overview: Performance issues with the Overview page have been addressed for smoother provider experience.

    • Assessment Experience Polished:

      • Completed surveys are no longer expandable in the "Requested" section.

      • Deleted assessments now disappear instantly—no more page refresh required.

      • Assessment summaries have been updated for clarity.

    • Visual Fixes: Corrected UI bugs such as misaligned arrow icons in the lab interpretation view and layout issues with password reset options.

    Platform Enhancements

    • Cloud Function Migration: Legacy cloud functions were fully migrated to our new infrastructure, improving system performance and maintainability.

    • Secure Build Pipelines: GitHub authorization policies for builds are now enforced to ensure safer code deployment.

    • Backup Reliability: Resolved previous permission issues that caused S3 backup failures, restoring full protection of production assets.
